Thousands of revelers from across the country over the weekend stormed Kampala streets to participate in the annual Kampala City Carnival.
The carnival kicked off officially on Friday with a stage performance from Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz at Kololo Independence Grounds followed by a motor rally on Saturday.

The carnival was staged on Kampala Road and featured various activities, including face painting for children and adults, the carnival masks, bouncing castles for children, circus and performances from various artistes.
The proceeds of the concert will be used to rehabilitate KCCA schools in Kampala. PML Daily brings you the carnival in pictures.
