SHERATON– After Victoria University signed a memorandum of understanding with Speke Group of Hotels for value addition to lifestyle and tourism section in Uganda and East Africa, the university has started on a good note and over the weekend Saturday launched with a vintage tourism expo.
The university showcased vintage vehicles at the Sheraton gardens in Kampala.
The recently signed partnership will see Speke Group of Hotels availing practical space upon which Victoria University students will easily and seamlessly gain industrial insights that could eventually result into soft skills and employment opportunities.
