
KAMPALA– Musician and Philanthropist Zani Brown real name Zanie Namugenyi has shown out love and sympathy when she spent Saturday, December 1, which was World Aids Day with some orphans in the country.
Zanie through her official Facebook page shared encouraging words to the public. She says, in the world, we need to live interdependently and care for each other.
The singer further urged the public to cautiously know their HIV/AIDS statuses so as to improve on the fight against the deadly disease.
“We live in a completely interdependent world which simply means we cannot escape each other. How we respond to AIDS depends, in part, on whether we understand this interdependence. It is not someone else’s problem this is everyone’s problem on this worlds AIDS day let’s not forget to look out for those affected or infected and offer our support do you know your HIV status?” Zanie posted on Facebook.
Zanie has always extended a helping hand and support to the less fortunate people across Uganda with donating necessities, funds and or mental and moral support to the less fortunate communities.
Uganda December 1 joined the world to celebrate World Aids Day.
