KAMPALA – Uganda’s musician Mesach Semakula on Friday 14 had a sleepless night over joyful stress following the success of his highly anticipated concert dubbed ‘Bwagamba’ music experience.
Unlike like before, the concert was graced by his biggest fan, Buganda’s King His Royal Highness Fredrick Ronald Kimera Muwenda Mutebi II.
Dressed in the traditional Kiganda wear, it was a real icing on the cake as the singer exhibited the real cultural diversity leaving aside entertaining his King in a highly attended music concert.
During the show, Golden Papa awarded various artistes who included; Hon. Kato Lubwama, Andrew Benon Kibuuka, Meddy Nsereko Ssebuliba, Sarah Kabenge, Hajji Musa Kavuma, Maureen Nantume, Ronald Mayinja and many others.
It should be remembered that the singer was honoured by the Kabaka at his 64th birthday celebrations with the recognition title of ‘SIR’. The Kabaka honoured Mesach with a special certificate for his enormous contribution towards the Buganda Kingdom.
