Miss Curvy Uganda Grand Finale
The much awaited Miss Curvy grand finale is happening on Friday, April, 26 at Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala. It will be a crowning night for Uganda’s beautiful curvious women among 24 contestants.
The gates will be open by 4:00 pm to midnight and tickets will cost UGX50,000 (ordinary), UGX100,000 (VIP) and a table will go for only UGX3m.
Pool Court Photo Day at Makerere University
Go have fun at the pool this Friday, April 26, at Makerere University and enjoy lots of basketball, competitive playing and dressing. Gates will be open at 4:00 pm.
Teso Night Grand Launch
Peacock Bar and Restaurant in Kireka is ready for the mega launch on Friday, April 26. This night is one that brings all Iteso around Kampala and it’s sorrounding.Cover charge is UGX5,000 (ordinary), UGX10,000 for the VIPs, and UGX150,000 only for a table.
African Fashion Pop Up
This is happening this Saturday, April 27, at Big Kafunda in Kasanga opposite Bank of Baroda. There will be fashion, art exhibitions, music, runway experience, shopping and lots of African food. Entrance is UGX10,000 only.

The Gardens in Najjera Plot 67 is having a meat carnival featuring Uganda’s best live band known as the Qwela. Entrance is free for all.

Happening this Sunday, April 28, is Blankets and Wines at Cricket Oval, Lugogo. It’s a family day out that will feature artistes such as King Saha, Martha Mukisa, Sammy Kasule, Lamu, and Fya leeboof. It will also be graced by Shekhinah from South Africa. There will be live mixes from DJ Kasbaby. Entrance is only UGX100,000.
AlurJonam Cultural Festival
This weekend go celebrate the Alur-jonam culture at Uganda Museum through art, food, music and so much more. Take your friends and family to savour all the way.
Azulato Children’s Festival
The one-day family event aimed at artistic and scientific experiences for children to have hands on in various disciplines regardless of phyiscal abilities.
It will take place at Seven Hills, Kololo this weekend.
