KAMPALA – The morning downpour in Kampala did not deter the loyal fans of celebrated DJ Nimrod, a presenter at Galaxy FM and the host of the all-white party. The devoted loyal fans braved the torrential rains and turned up on Sunday, June 30, at the Uganda Museum.
It seemed like the event was destined to flop due to the after-effects of the chilly weather, party people were still few in number just after mid-day.

The available patrons enjoyed delicacies ranging from Rolexes, ice cream, coffee and wine among other beverages plus an array entertainment from upcoming artists such as Herbert Swag, Triple S, Morris Davie, Little Joe, Tip Swizzy, Topic Kasente, Kabako among others.
There was a Jam session from prominent DJs including; Harold, Deno and Herbert who kept them dancing to their favourite tunes.

As the skies got darker, Grenade Official the “Nkuloga” hitmaker lit up the night with his engaging acts that were climaxed by his trendy dance moves as they shook their bones to the beat. Other artists that rocked the crowd were; Recho Ray, Spice Diana, Pallaso, Ragga Dee and John Blaq graced the party in solidarity to a brother.
“I thank the deejays those trending and my predecessors, let us have a session to pay tribute to the fallen stars such as DJs; Alui, Andre, Momo and some fallen stars such as Ak47 and Moze Radio among others.”Said Nimrod.
As the night progressed, there were live mixes from the double trouble team comprised of Sir Aludah and Naselow da Don who hyped up the audience before handing over the decks to Kampala’s hottest female DJ Laura – who displayed her spinning prowess in the presence of the revellers some of whom were watching the Uganda Cranes- Egypt match.
