KAMPALA. President Museveni has commended the Catholic Church and other founders of Trinity College Nabbingo for their vision in promoting education in Uganda. He paid the tribute today at Trinity College Nabbingo in Wakiso District during the School’s Platinum anniversary celebrations on Sunday.
The celebrations were held under the theme “Embracing Skills Development for a Competitive God fearing Woman as we build on the Founders’ Vision.”
Museveni commissioned the new e-Learning library. “I thank the Catholic Church and the other founders of Trinity College Nabbingo for their vision of education. The churches have done a lot for humanities.” he said.
The head teacher Coltilda Nakatte Kikomeko saluted President Museveni for blessing the Platinum celebrations. She thanked him for the prevailing peace that has enabled several development projects in the country. President Museveni contributed Shs40 million to the project.
