Popular Bushenyi pork joint – Kabagarame has been razed down by fire. The joint which over the past few years has been known to draw affluent crowds at the weekends as they eat panfried pork inside the grass-thatched houses amid rounds of local beer brew burnt to ashes on Tuesday afternoon. The cause of the fire is yet to be established. An eyewitness posted on Whatsapp Group “Lovers of pork, be looking for alternatives this Saturday. Kabagarame no more,” Located about two kilometres in the outskirts of Bushenyi town, on Bushenyi-Ishaka Road, Kabagarame which has a unique local setting opens only on Saturday and serves pork which is prepared with local accompaniments like millet (karo).
