Millitary police have this morning heavily deployed at the General Court Martial in Makindye ahead of the Boda-Boda 2010 leader Abudallah Kitata re-appearence in court. Kitata and 11 others were 2 weeks ago sent on remand at Luzira prison on charges of unlawfully possessing a firearm, ammunitions and Military gear.
