Water utility providers National Water and Sewerage Cooperation (NWSC) on Friday revealed plans to move into their new home at Plot 3 Nakasero Road from their current offices at Plot 39 Jinja Road.
The organisation revealed that the decision to look for a new home is aimed at improving service delivery to customers as stipulated in their customer charter.
“The NWSC head office is moving from plot 39 Jinja Road to a new home in Nakasero plot 3 Nakasero Road opposite Rwenzori towers. Come experience personalised customer service at our new home,” NWSG twitted.
NWSC is a public utility Company established to equitably provide cost effective water and sewerage services in areas entrusted to it on a sound commercial and viable infrastructure development to ensure return investment while conserving the environment. The water suppliers have offices in different parts of the country, with as many in different suburbs of Kampala.
