KASANGATI: MP Kyadondo East, Kyagulanyi Sentamu aka Bobi Wine is taking his constituency by storm after carrying out a number of projects just a little time after joining Parliament.
Just after he kicked off a carpet hand making training programme aimed at equipping over 500 women with skills to curb unemployment in his constituency, he procured a Grader with joint effort and funds collected from Kasangati Town Council, and LC1 Chairpersons from all the 50 villages in Kyadondo.
Bobi Wine, in one of his posts on social media posts said that together with other leaders from his constituency are on the course to making Kyadondo East a model constituency.

We in Kyadondo East constituency are able to get things done even without the government hand because leaders work together nomatter their political shades, we believe our constituency is bigger than our political alignments.’
The father of four also called upon all Ugandans to change their attitude towards work especially with jobs that are hands on. While visiting the Carpet hand making project, Mr. Sentamu said, such job are easy and very income generating, so people should engage in them more and stop under looking them.
‘As we push for adjustments to be made by the State in this regard, I will spearhead several skill training campaigns for as long as I can because I believe that skills can be turned into businesses that would last the skilled person a lifetime.’ the formerly Ghetto President said.
