The political science fraternity at Makerere University is mourning their former colleague, Prof Foster Byarugaba, who died on Monday.
Prof Byarugaba, who taught at the university for more than two decades, had retired into private consultancy by the time of his death.
He is also remembered for staunchly supporting the ruling NRM party. A requiem service will be held at St Augustine Catholic Church, Makerere on Thursday and he will be laid to rest on Friday at his ancestral home in Kagadi district, Mugalike village.
