KARUMA: Erute North Member of Parliament Charles Angiro Guttmoi was Wednesday morning involved in an accident near the Karuma Bridge.
Mr Guttmoi was driving from Lira to Kampala, when he rammed into a trailor and he is critically injured.
MP Guttmoi’s accident happens just a day after a group of legislators from his area of Lango sub-region in northern Uganda issued a statement mourning the death of 22 Ugandans that were last week killed in a bus accident along the same road.
