VIRGINIA, US – Stella Nansikombi Makubuya, wife to the 3rd Deputy Katikkiro, and Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs of Buganda, Owek. Apollo Makubuya is dead.
Mrs. Makubuya died peacefully on September 5, 2018, in Virginia USA surrounded by her family.
Details of the programme for her funeral will be communicated according to an announcement made by her husband.
A family source reveals that Mrs. Makubuya succumbed to gallbladder cancer.
