RWIMI- FDC Party President Mr. Patrick Oboi Amuriat and MP William Nzoghu have been blocked Monday morning at Rwimi on their way to Kasese.
According to reports, Amuriat and his colleague were driving to the municipality for a meeting with Party leaders when they were asked by police to go back to Kampala.
