KAMPALA– Brian Isiko a college student who is battling charges of sending love messages to Kabarole district woman MP Sylvia Rwaboogo’s fresh hearing has flopped before Buganda Road court.
This was noted after the trial magistrate Stellah Amabilis was reported to be away from her workstation.
However, Ms Rwabwoogo who had also turned up in court on Monday to give her testimony has been ordered to return to court on November 16 by chief magistrate Patricia Amoko.
According to Rwaboogo, the love messages that Isiko sent were lyrics he borrowed from songs and poems of International artists like Don Williams and Enrique Iglesias, were obscene, rude and disturbed her peace, hence dragging Isiko to court.
Court at Buganda Road heard that Isiko between November 2017 and June 2018 at unknown places in Kampala used a computer to send love messages to the MP which he picked from lyrics and poems of famous international musicians like Don Williams and Enrique Iglesias.
Isiko is said to have got the MP’s number from the Parliamentary website.
