KAMPALA – Police on Wednesday 30 recovered a maid and a child who had been allegedly captured by unidentified men.
A two- year -old Denis Bake and 18 -year- old Sunni Nakagolo went missing on Sunday 27 on their way from Namutumba to Kampala.
After two days of police searching and investigating the case, the two were fortunately recovered.
According to police, they were found at Uganda House, Kampala Road on Wednesday 30 where they were dropped by their alleged captors.
On the question, Nakagolo who was babysitting the 2-year-old Bake said she cannot remember where they were and cannot recall or recognize the three men who were holding them captive.
Police confirmed that the kid was not hurt or injured the maid is undergoing medical examination. It also added that both of them were reunited with their families.
