MUKONO – State Minister for Water and Environment Ronald Kubuule is heartbroken after his twins were found unresponsive in the deep end of a swimming pool, on Monday, May 13.
The twins — who were just few months away from turning three years — were on Monday evening drowned in the deep end of a swimming pool at his home in Mukono.
The circumstances under which the children drowned in the pool, however, remain unclear.
By press time, Police had taken the bodies to Mulago hospital for postmortem.
Mr. Kibuule confirmed the incident but he didn’t give more details
