
KAMPALA – Former NBS TV presenter Simon Muyanga Lutaaya has on Sunday 16 dismissed rumours that he is employed by NTV.
Through his twitter handle, the ex-presenter who resigned early this year said that he is an independent content producer selling my content to willing buyers.
“CLARIFICATION: I am not employed by any media house in Uganda. I am an independent content producer selling my content to willing buyers,” revealed Mr. Lutaaya.
He said in a video that “Some messages are congratulating me upon getting job here, and other messages condemning me for joining competitor brands when I told people that I am going to retire. I want to clarify that I am not employed by any media house as of today.”

Mr. Lutaaya said that being an independent content producer and selling it to willing buyers, that how NTV and Bukedde get it.
Mr. Lutaaya resigned from NBS early this year in January after spending more than 10 years in media.
The presenter was the host of One on One with Tamale Mirundi, a popular show with Presidential advisor Joseph Tamale Mirundi.
On the TV, he was also been hosting ‘The Eagle’ and the engaging Barometer.
