
KAMPALA – The Judiciary has received a new Principal Assistant Secretary from the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.
Hajji Sulaiman Hirome assumed office on Thursday following a handover ceremony witnessed by Senior Human Resource Officer, Akello Susan Harriet, and Senior Internal Auditor, Ann Ankajuna.
The outgoing PAS Thomas Ocen (transferred to Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Cooperatives) joined Judiciary in May 2019 said he was ready for his next assignment.
“I believe the incoming Principal Assistant Secretary will fulfill the expectations created,” Ocen said.
On his part, Hajji Hirome, who formerly worked in the Judiciary, said he was glad to be back home and looking that he was forward to working with everyone. “I hope to get integrated because many things have changed and so has the structure.”
On her part, the Senior Human Resource Officer thanked the outgoing PAS for the diligent service in the short time he has served at Judiciary. She equally welcomed the incoming PAS and wished him a pleasant stay.
