KAMPALA – Musician Big Eye real name Ibrahim Mayanja has again been pelted with bottles during fellow artiste Hadijah Namukwaya alias Spice Diana’s concert at Freedom City on Friday evening.
The singer who claims he developed high blood pressure was rushed to hospital.
Big Eye’s performance was cut short by the event organizers in order to restore calm within a section of partygoers that had turned rowdy.
While being pelted with bottles and insults, the artiste first refused to step off the stage. Big Eye knelt down and asked revelers to kill him on stage if he wasn’t a Ugandan like them.
The singer first experienced the challenge at the beginning of the year (January 1, 2020) at Uganda Museum as Sanyuka TV celebrated one year of ‘Uncut’ show.
