KAMPALA — President Yoweri Museveni on Monday issued fresh measures that include a total ban on private cars and boda bodas, to help halt the COVID-19 pandemic.
With restricted movement allowed, and only outside the curfew time of 9pm to 5am, Resident District Commissioners (RDC) will play a key role in clearing those who have emergencies and need to move to seek help.
