Kitgum RDC,William Komakech reportedly said he’ll not allow Bobi Wine who on Tuesday pull out historic crowds in West Nile to campaign in Kitgum.

Bobi Wine last week appealed to top authorities in security agencies (the police and army) to treat him like a human being.
Mr Kyagulanyi has had several confrontations with security personnel since he was elected MP in 2017 and after he announced plans to contest for the presidency.
Bobi Wine is also expected to campaign in Pader and Gulu Districts today.
Eleven candidates running in 2021 presidential election have since kicked off their campaigns. They have been banned from standing out of vehicle roofs to wave to supporters. They are expected to address rallies from their cars. Crowds at the gatherings are restricted to 200 people in order to control the spread of COVID-19. President Yoweri Museveni says candidates should conduct their campaigns on radio and TV, but opposition politicians say they have been denied airtime on the orders of public officials.
