KAMPALA – The retired High Court Judge, Hon. Vincent Kibuuka Musoke has died.
According to the credible sources reaching to us, the 71-year old judge passed on on Thursday morning at Nsambya Hospital in Kampala after a long battle with kidney complications.
A close family friend, Mr Joseph Nsamba Matovu (former SAS Judiciary – also retired), said that arrangements are being made to transfer the body to the deceased’s home in Masaka.
