KAMPALA – Richard Kabanda has been elected as a representative on the Public Health Risk Communication & Community Engagement Community of Practice technical committee for Africa CDC.
He will represent 14 countries that form the Eastern Part of Africa including; Eritrea, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Comoros, Seychelles, Somalia, Mauritius & Madagascar.
Mr Kabanda has been serving as the commissioner in charge of Health Promotion, Education and Strategic Communication at the Ministry of Health.
