KAMPALA – Princess Ruth Komuntale and her bearded hubby Phil Anthony are on a honeymoon after exchanging vows in Texas, Dallas, on Saturday.
Her Royal Highness Best Kemigisa Olimi and Rukirabasaija Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, walked Princess Ruth to the altar.
As expected, the Princess was all smiles after what she termed as a second chance to marriage with a man who is God fearing.
“I thank God for not only blessing the work of my hands but for also blessing me with a second chance at marriage with an amazing man who is after God’s own heart…”
Her first failed marriage with Christopher Thomas was termed as “A poisonous, broken marriage with the wrong person” as she counted her blessings three months back.
The Royal dance by King Oyo and the bride is the highlight of the wedding, they pulled the same dancing patterns to the amusement of the guests who cheered them on while recording the moment away.
Princess Ruth describes her hubby as; Her Best Friend, her rock, blessing and answered prayer from God.
Unlike the first wedding, this was a low key that took many unawares. Her first wedding was broadcast live on most local TV stations in Uganda.
Princess Komuntale broke up with Cristopher Thomas less than a year after their wedding, but she is sure this will not end in tears and that is what matters for now.
“As always, I am so grateful to my man Phil, who’s my biggest cheerleader & confidant. I’ll always have your back my love.”
The Princess has plans of writing a book telling her story and how she has been able to overcome the problems that befell her following the several lies that her ex-hubby told, but for now, it is all about Phil.
