KAMPALA – Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC), Managing Director, Prof. Wasswa Tom Davis has been arrested on allegations of embezzlement.
His arrest was revealed by the CID Spokesperson Charles Twiine on Tuesday evening.
Prof. Wasswa allegedly embezzled UGX 3 billion of the Corporation’s money.
