
KAMPALA – The Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) has announced the appointment of Dr. James Musinguzi, PhD, as its new Executive Director, effective April 1, 2025. Dr. Musinguzi, the former head of the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in conservation to his new role.
Dr. Musinguzi’s leadership in conservation has made a significant impact, and his appointment is widely seen as a positive development for UWA.
