KAMPALA – Hon. Elias Nalukoola Luyimbazi, has taken the oath of office as the newly elected Member of Parliament for Kawempe North. This moment marked the culmination of a rigorous campaign and a decisive victory in the by-election, which was held to fill the vacancy left by the late Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya.
With the oath of office administered, Hon. Nalukoola Luyimbazi was now officially the representative of the people of Kawempe North in the Parliament of Uganda. He was well aware of the daunting task ahead of him, but he was determined to honor the trust placed in him by his constituents.
