“This is not the first time this girl escapes from schools for this man. We got a tip of from the relatives and we mounted a search on suspicion that Mugumya has been her long-time lover and eventually found the duo together in a lodge,” Katwesiime said.
The brother to the girl Mr Nabort Asiimwe who reported her missing and later led police to arrest Mr Mugumya said they had thought the girl had been kidnapped from school the first time she went missing from her former school.
