In Kinawataka, police have called in the army to quell a riot by voters who became unruly saying the place they were voting at was too small.
Voting at Wandegeya Mosque polling centre has been cancelled after a misunderstanding between the current chairman, only identified as.Mutesasira and his rival also only identified as Kirabo.
It is alleged that Kirabo got scared of the many people that had lined up behind Mutesasira, which prompted him to call for cancellation.
