
KAMPALA – President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has commended Dr. Ruth Aisha Kasolo for her resilience and support to develop the Private sector.
Dr Aisha Kasolo is the Private Sector Foundation (PSFU) Project Director.
The President was speaking at the two days Presidential CEO Forum held in Jinja last week. The CEOs retreat at the Kiira Motors Vehicle plant attracted a remarkable number of delegates to discuss and create awareness of Uganda’s Industrialization and socio-economic transformation.
President Museveni said that Dr. Aisha Kasolo who he also referred to her as his daughter from Buikwe is one the people that he can always count on.
Ever since the Presidential CEO forum was launched, Dr. Aisha Kasolo has been one of the people who are active in the forum.
As the Project Director at Private Sector Foundation Uganda, Dr. Aisha Kasolo has helped at no cost to bring out the loopholes, distortions, and mistakes in the Government system. ‘’ The list of all the gaps in the government systems have been sent to the Prime Minister and the issues will surely be sorted thanks to Dr Aisha Kasolo’’ President Museveni said.
At the 4th Presidential CEO Forum, President Museveni also assured all company CEOs who attended the two days retreat that the government is focusing on a spectrum of strategic stimuli to enable them to produce goods and services at a cheaper cost.

Museveni commended the theme of the event which entailed Uganda’s Industrialization Agenda and Positioning as a net source of E-Mobility Solutions in Africa.
The president reminded the executives that God will punish those that are misusing Uganda’s resources.
President Museveni noted that countries like South Korea, Japan, etc do not have the resources that Uganda has, but they are far more prosperous. “I appeal to everybody concerned to wake up.”
He commended the organizers for putting together the forum because “it’s a very good engagement because I get free consultancy from business people.”
