The hosts Mbarara High who finished second in group A will face a mighty task of overcoming group E winners Buddo.
Another representative from Mbarara, Kigezi High will play St. Paul who finished second in group C.
The other draws see Bishop Sacrament Kimanya take on Ryakasinga as JIPRA holds a date with Agape SS.
The last game of the round of 16 game will be between Hands of Grace and Welden High School.
