Kefa Kisaala has officially been announced the new head coach of Express Football Club after days of media speculations.
The Speculations started as soon as Kisala handed in his resignation at BUL FC where he was the head coach for the past two seasons.
His appointment was confirmed by Express via their social media platforms:

This is the second time Kisaala is taking charge of the Red Eagles, the first in 2006 when he led the club to a Uganda Cup triumph.
Meanwhile Kisaala also played for Express in 1992-1997 and he won for them two league titles and five Uganda Cups.
During an interview Kisaala has promised to steer the club back to the top like in its old times.
“I am back to take Express back to the top and make sure the team goes back to its winning ways like back then when I was still a player and head coach. Kisala said.
Kisala replaces Coach Shafic Bisaso who guided the club to survival on the last day of last season.
He expected to name his technical team soon before the end of the week.
The ‘mukwano gwe’abangi’ like it is called narrowly escaped relegation last season with 31 points in the 13th place and its major obligation is to bring back fans by playing good football.
Kisala has previously coached Maji FC, Masaka LC, Iganga Town Council and URA FC.
