WANKULUKUKU – Express FC will be hoping they can put an end to their winless run against Onduparaka when the two teams square off at Wankulukuku on Saturday.
The Red Eagles find themselves minus victory over the Arua based side in the league ever since the Caterpillars were promoted to the top tier in 2016.
However, Express will be optimistic of a good result on Saturday as they have been in good form going into the game.
The Red Eagles who drew 1-1 away to Bright Stars in their last game have lost only one game this season and none in their last five.
Head Coach Kefa Kisala believes Saturday May be the opportunity that Express final topple Onduparaka.
“It will be a good game for the fans as we come up against a good side, said Kisala ahead of the game.
“Onduparaka has always given Express problems in the past and i am expected more of the same on Saturday.
“However, we are currently on a good run and i am confident we will take all three points.
The Red Eagles will be without midfielder Pius Mbidde who is suspended after accumulating 3 yellow cards. Tony Odur returns after serving his one game ban and so does John Lavita whose work permit issues were sorted earlier this week.
For Onduparaka, they go into Saturday’s game on the back of a 3-0 drubbing of Ndejje University in their last game. The win last week was the first for the Caterpillars in their last four games and it came after the departure of Asaph Mwebaze.
They go into Saturday’s game still without a head coach so Simon Masaba will continue deputizing in the role.
