StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo
Tuesday, 18-12-2018 @4pm
LUGOGO – KCCA FC will be hoping to return to winning ways in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League when they host Paidah Black Angels at Lugogo on Tusday afternoon.
The Kasasiro Boys lost 3-2 away to Express last time out but will be hoping they can take care of another newly promoted side so as they tighten their grip onto top spot.
Going into the game, KCCA who sit top of the standings, one point ahead of Onduparaka have already defeated Ndejje University and Nyamityobora, two of the other sides that gained promotion last season, and Mike Mutebi’s side should be confident going into Tuesday’s fixture.
“It’s not going to be a walk in the park, said Mutebi ahead of the game.
“It may not be a walk in the park but we are confident of a good game and all points especially after the loss at Express.
KCCA are expected to still be without Saddam Juma and Julius Poloto. Former SC Villa Captain, Bernard Muwanga has returned from a lengthy lay off but is not expected to feature on Tuesday.
For Paidah, they find themselves in all sorts of trouble already. The Arua based side are currently bottom of the pile having gathered only four out of a possible 33 points so far.
The Blacks are also currently on relegation streak, losing all of their last 7 games.
Coming up against KCCA at a fortress that Lugogo is, it will be sort of a miracle if Paidah walks away with anything from the game.
