NAMBOOLE – The URA FC vs Vipers SC StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) game will be played on Friday, 25th-01-2019.
This was confirmed through a statement from the League governing body’s secretariat which was released to the media on Saturday morning.
“The secretariat has received the flight itinerary for Vipers SC indicating they return to Uganda on Tuesday 22nd January 2019. Read the statement.
“Accordingly URA FC Vs Vipers SC SUPL match has been rescheduled to Friday 25th January 2019.
This is the third time the fixture is being rescheduled after it was initially slatted to take place on 8th of January and then pushed to 22nd.
In a related matter, the Venoms’s home game against Mbarara has also been pushed to Sunday, 27th of January, two days after the URA game. Both games will kick-off at 4pm.
The games between URA and Mbarara, are their (Vipers) two remaining fixtures of the SUPL first round.
Vipers are currently second on the standings with 29 points from their first 13 games. Nam Ouma’s side are 7 points behind leaders KCCA.
