Bul FC vs Bright Stars FC
FUFA Technical Center, Njeru
Wednesday, 24-04-2019 @4:30pm
NJERU – Bul FC will host Bright Stars at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru in one of the four StarTimes Uganda Premier League games to be played on Wednesday afternoon.
After a good run of form that saw Peter Onen’s side climb as high as 3rd on the standings at some stage in the season, Bul look to be out of sorts lately as they have dropped into 6th on the standings,
In over a month, the Jinja based side have won only one game, the 1-0 victory over rivals Kirinya JSS a fortnight ago.
Despite the drop in form overall, they have continued to impress at home, currently undefeated in their last 6 in Njeru.
On Wednesday, they will be hoping for three more points that will see them edge closer to the top four.
However, they are expected to be at their absolute best if they are to take all three points, as they come up against a much improved Bright Stars.
After a trying period, the Stars look to be picking form of late, gathering victories from here and there.
After going 12 games without victory, Fred Kajoba’s side have won three of their last six games and look to be improving by the day.

In that period, the team that was not scoring enough in the past, has managed 8 goals and Captain Nelson Ssenkatuka looks to be finding his feet again, scoring the winner away to URA, in their last victory.
Already into the semifinals of the Uganda Cup, Bright Stars will want to win on Wednesday as they prepare to host Express in the oldest competition next week.
The games on Wednesday may not be one of much significance for either side but it is clearly one that both will be aiming to win
