DURBAN-SOUTH AFRICA – COSAFA Cranes stand-in coach Abdallah Mubiru has named his starting team ahead of the quarter final clash against Lesotho on Saturday afternoon.
The Police FC tactician who is helping out with the team as head coach Sebastien Desabre prepares the AFCON team for this years’ finals in Egypt, has started with KCCA FC goalkeeper Charles Lukwago in between the post.
Captain Isaac Isinde while play alongside Express’s John Revita at the heart of a four man defensive line which also features Paul Willa and Mustapha Kizza.
Nicholas Kasozi who had a breath taking second half of the season with KCCA FC will anchor the midfield with Muzamir Mutyaba and URA FC Captian Shafick Kagimu playing infront of him.
The trio of Michael Birungi, Daniel Isiagi and Juma Balinya who play up front in search of the goals.

This is the fifth meeting between Uganda and Lesotho
The Cranes head into the contest minus losing a game to the Crocodiles, winning three and losing one of the first four match-ups.
Lesotho’s record against Uganda is so horrible as they have never scored a goal against the Cranes whilst conceding 8 in the process.
The two nations were in the same Group in the just concluded AFCON qualifiers with Uganda winning both games with a 5-0 aggregate victory.
The winner between the two teams will take on the winner amongst Zimbabwe and Comoros in the other day’s quarter final.
