Emukule is understood to have signed a three-year deal that will see him at Wakiso until at least 2023.
He was part of the Ndejje University side that produced a brilliant run in the second round of the 2018/19 season before finally succumbing to the drop on Match-Day 29.
Upon signing for Wakiso Giants, the 22-year-old expressed his delighted to be signing for the club;
“This is a great step in my career as a young goalkeeper. Last season was a learning process in the division and with such an ambitious club; I am looking forward to more development, said Emukule.
“Being part of this project is already exciting and I will do all it takes to help the club achieve their goals.
“I believe Wakiso Giants is the perfect place for me to continue to develop as a player. I am looking forward to working with everyone, meeting the team and getting started.”
Emukule comes in barely a week after Wakiso Giants confirmed Kefa Kisala as their head coach, replacing Ibrahim Kirya.

Kirya had earlier guided the Purple Sharks to promotion from the FUFA Big League, at the first time of asking.
Wakiso topped the Big League-Elgon Group before falling to Proline in the playoff final, which is used to determine the overall winner of the second tier.
