Uganda were crowned champions of the inaugural CECAFA U15 championships on Friday afternoon.
The youth side were undoubtedly the best side in the competition and justified the claim by defeating Kenya 4-0 in the final.
Abasi Kyeyune led proceedings with a brace while Davis Ogwal and Travis Mutyaba added one each to complete the beating.
The four goals on Friday meant that Uganda also finished as the tournament top scorers with 23 goals scored in 6 games.
Earlier in the tournament, they took care of Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rwanda and Sudan to top Group B of the group stages.
In the semi finals, they humiliated Burundi 6-0 to set up a final with neighbours Kenya.
In the placement game, Rwanda defeated Burundi 4-2 to finish third.
