
LUGOGO – KCCA FC have completed the signing of striker Erisa Ssekisambu.
Ssekisambu who has been a free agent is understood to have put pen to paper on a one-year deal.
The former Vipers SC striker spent last season at Gor Mahia where he was deemed surplus to requirements, last month.
Ssekisambu has been handed shirt 11 which was vacated by Allan Kyambadde. Kyambadde will now don shirt 20.
The pacey forward has in the past had successful adventures in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League, winning two league titles.
His first came in 2012 with Express FC and the second in 2017/18 with Vipers.
He started his senior career at SC Villa, featuring for the Jogoos in the 2011/12 season before he moved to Express FC where he spent one year.
Ssekisambu then moved to URA FC where he played the 2013/14 season before returning to SC Villa for the following season.
From there, he spent the next three years at Vipers SC and in 2018, secured a move to Gor Mahia.
At the Kenya Premier League record winners, he played one season, won the 2018/19 KPL.
He is a full Uganda Cranes international having played 17 games and scored 4 goals since making his debut in 2015.
