Kezironi Kizito has joined KCCA FC from Indian side Kerala Blaster.
Kizito is understood to have signed a two-year deal with the Kasasiros and will feature for Mike Mutebi’s side until 2021.
The former Vipers SC playmaker has been at Kerala for two years since joining them in 2017.
He has also previously featured for AFC Leopards, playing 16 league games and scoring 8 goals, an average of a goal every two games.
Kizito was a member of St. Mary’s Kitende where he was among the Copa Coca-cola cup winning team of 2013 in Kabale
He was once touted as the feature of Uganda’s midfield but his career has not paved out as earlier anticipated.
Kizkito is a full Uganda Cranes international having played 17 games and scoring just a single goal since his debut in 2015.
At KCCA FC, he will fight for a first-team spot along with the likes of Nicholas Kasozi, Sadam Juma, Muzamiru Mutyaba, Gift Ali and Jackson Nunda.
He becomes the 5th high profile player to join the Kasasiros this offseason after the arrival of John Revita (Express), Simon Sserunkuma (Tooro United), Erisa Ssekisambu (Gor Mahia) and John Odumegwu (Rivers United).
KCCA FC have already started the 2019/20 season, playing one game in the League and two on the continent.
In the League, the Kasasiros defeated Wakiso Giants 1-0 in their opener while they beat African Stars 4-3 on aggregate in the CAF Champions League.
