Busoga United Vs Onduparaka
FUFA Technical Centre @4pm
Busoga United welcomes Onduparaka at the Njeru Technical Centre in the Uganda Premier League on Saturday.
Busoga will have to replicate their performance in the win over BUL FC if they want to go past the Caterpillars.
Onduparaka beat Busoga, then Kirinya Jinja SS, twice last season.
Ssekajugo Viane bagged a brace and Caesar Okhuti’s strike gave the Caterpillars a 3-0 win at the mighty Arena. Onduparaka also picked an away win against Busoga United in the Uganda Cup last season.
Team news
Head coach Livingstone Mbabazi will demand the best from team captain Ahmed Wahab, Veteran Okhuti and Gibson Adinho who was the man the match against Express.
The club has also revealed that Iddi Abdul Wahid is set for his UPL debut while Faizul Ibrahim and Bhetto Bashir are also back from respective injuries.
Joel Maldonado showed a glimpse of what he can do with a good goal against BUL in the Jinja derby and will be the center of attraction again. With a rock-solid backline of Douglas Muganga, Isma Kawawulo, Isaac Isinde and Shafic Nana Kakeeto and industrious midfielder Boban Zirintusa, Bogere is confident of another win on the trot.
