CAF Confederations Cup
El Nasr vs Proline FC
Borg El Arab Stadium, Alexandria

Proline FC will be hoping to register their first ever continental away victory when they take on El Nasr in the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday afternoon.
The Lugogo based side who are in their debut season in Africa’s second premier club competition have been impressive so far.
They have so far negotiated past two rounds, eliminating Master Securities and then AS Kigali in the preliminary and first round respectively.
However, all has not been good in the domestic league as Proline sits bottom of the log with 0 points after 8 games after they were docked 6 for failing to honour a home fixture.
However, that will all be forgotten for at least 90 minutes as they seek to take care of El Nasr.
Proline have been rocked with the news that striker Ivan Bogere went AWOL and will not be able to feature in Sunday’s game. This leaves them with just two recorgnized strikers.
Bogere’s blow is huge as he has scored 5 of Proline’s six goals in the Confederations Cup so far.
“The mood in the camp is good ahead of the game, noted Proline head coach Matia Lule.
“The players are ready and we want to go as far as we can in the competition.
“El Nasr are a good side that use the ball well but we want to get a good result away from home.
“Hopefully all goes our way on Sunday.”
