The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the head of the technical study group during the CHAN U-23 final on Friday.
This was confirmed on Wedneday by the Confederation of African football (CAF) as they announced their list of appointents for the under-age tournament final.
Another Ugandan-Dick Okello has also been handed a role on the day.
The FIFA affiliated referee has been appointed first assistant referee and will work hand in hand with Seychelles’ James Fredrick as the assistants to center-referee Andofetra Avombitana Rivolala Manda Aroniaina Rakotojaona of Madagascar.
