Fiorentina vs Hellas Verona
Artemio Franchi, Florence
Saturday, 19-12-2020 @5pm
Fiorentina keep sliding towards the drop zone and face a Hellas Verona side fresh from their shock home defeat to Sampdoria.
The Viola have amassed only three points in their last seven Serie A games and stopped the slump to a certain degree by holding Sassuolo 1-1 midweek with a Dusan Vlahovic penalty.
Hellas were stunned by Samp’s counter-attacking approach, but are on track for three consecutive away victories, something they haven’t enjoyed in Serie A since 1984.
Verona are unbeaten at the Stadio Franchi in Serie A since December 2013, picking up two wins and as many draws.
Sampdoria vs Crotone

Sampdoria and Crotone have both turned a corner after a run of dire results, but the Squali remain rock bottom with Torino.
The Blucerchiati got back on track by beating Verona 2-1 away, ending their streak of just two points from six rounds.
As for Giovanni Stroppa’s side, they are unbeaten in two thanks to a 4-1 win over Spezia and 0-0 at Udinese.
July against SPAL was the last time Sampdoria were able to beat a team behind them in the Serie A standings going into that game, followed by three draws and three defeats.
Parma vs Juventus
Stadio Ennio Tardini, Parma
Saturday, 19-12-2020 @10:30pm
Juventus can’t seem to get any consistency in Serie A and face another potential banana skin with a Parma side that already held Milan and Inter.
The Bianconeri are still unbeaten in the league this season, but have drawn six of their 12 games so far, dropping points against the likes of Crotone, Verona, Benevento and most recently Atalanta.
On the other hand, Parma are unbeaten in four and have already played 2-2 thrillers with Inter and Milan, both times on the verge of victory.
Only twice in their history have Juventus drawn seven of the opening 13 rounds, in 1965-66 and 1980-81.
