
The Uganda Kobs have been drawn in group A at upcoming CECAFA U23 Challenge Cup.
The tournament that is slated to start July 17th, 2021 will be played in Bahir Dar in Ethiopia.
The Kobs will face off against Tanzania and DR Congo in group A.
Uganda will be trying to defend the title they won in Kampala in 2019.
For Group B, it comprises of hosts Ethiopia, Burundi, and Eritrea while Emerging Stars of Kenya are pooled in Group C alongside Djibouti and South Sudan.
The top teams in each of the three groups will proceed to the tournament’s semi-finals, alongside one best runners up.
