UPDF FC have part ways with head coach Kefa Kisala.
The two parties decided to move separate ways despite Kisala still having a year left on his contract.
Kisala’s departure has been in the pipeline for a while. The former Express FC tactician was asked to step aside for two games at some point last season.
Kisala’s assistants in Pius Ngabo and Saka Mpiima have also left the club.
Kisala who has previously worked with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), BUL, Express and Wakiso Giants, joined the Army side at the start of last season.
Last season, the army side completed in the 8th position with 37 points from 27 matches.
