The NCBA Golf Series qualifiers brought thrilling competition and excitement to the Entebbe Golf Club over the weekend, attracting golf enthusiasts from across Uganda.

The 18-hole Entebbe Golf Course provided an ideal stage for players to compete for spots in the series’ grand finale in Nairobi at the Muthaiga Golf Club in November.
“This series not only promotes golf but creates an exceptional platform for players to connect and network. We are thrilled to host these qualifiers at Entebbe Golf Club, which is renowned for its breathtaking views and challenging course,” he said.
The 18-hole Entebbe Golf Course, famous for its beauty and challenging layout, provided the ideal stage for players to compete for coveted spots in the series’ grand finale in Nairobi at the Muthaiga Golf Club in November this year.

The NCBA Golf Series is known for its inclusivity, welcoming golfers of all skill levels to participate. Whether amateur or professional, players have the opportunity to test their abilities in a competitive yet friendly environment.
Winners from this weekend’s qualifiers, Anselm Olweny (Men) and Berna Musanabera (Women), secured places in the grand finale, set to take place later this year at the renowned Muthaiga Golf Club in Nairobi, Kenya.
These two will be joined by the winners from the initial two legs held at Uganda Golf Club on 8th June 2024, Emmanuel Wamala (Men) and Eva Lwanga (Women); and winners from the Jinja Golf Club event in August 2024, Brian Omeda (Men) and Lillian Koowe (Women).
All six champions will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the grand finale in Kenya in December 2024.
The grand finale will see winners from various qualifying events in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda come together, along with the overall junior champions from other NCBA Golf Series qualifier tournaments, to compete for bragging rights and the grand prize.
In its fourth edition since launching in 2021, the NCBA Golf Series has cemented its status as one of East Africa’s premier golfing events. Beyond the competition, it is celebrated for cultivating strong business relationships and fostering connections among participants and spectators alike.
